Uzi - Iconic weaponry

First designed in the 1940's, The Uzi is a family of Israeli open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine guns. The iconic Uzi design was one of the first weapons to use a telescoping bolt design, this allowed for the magazine to be housed in the much more convenient pistol grip for a shorter single handed weapon.

Originally designed by Major Uziel Gal, the first Uzi prototype was finished in 1950. The Uzi was introduced to IDF special forces in 1954, before being placed into general issue two years later.

In day to day life, the Uzi has found use as a personal defense weapon, in the late 80's early 90's it became symbolic in gang warfare across the US, however, as a testament to it's versatility it is a weapon that has served rear-echelon troops, officers, artillery troops and tankers, as well as a frontline weapon by elite light infantry assault forces.

The Uzi has now been exported to over 90 countries across the world and between the 1960s through the 1980s, more Uzi submachine guns were sold to more military, law enforcement and security markets than any other submachine gun ever made.

We have made our own version of this renowned arm in the form of a pedant that will attach t any chain up to 2.5mm in a choice of 3 finishes, 18k Gold, White Gold (925 silver compound) and Rhodium.
